Compression Stockings? - nursing compression stockings

Compression stockings are available in the Post on Saturday, so I was wondering if during the time that I can use compression stockings for mothers? They fit me very well and 20-30 mmHg. In doing now Clinicals for care, so I'm on my feet up to 8 hours straight! My legs were sore and red at the end of my shift.

Can this custom socks leg tmmrw so bad, or is it really dangerous to do?
