I have a website where services are exchanged. The process is as follows --

1. Buyer and seller on price.
2. Buyer will deposit money into an escrow account maintained by the website.
3. if both parties agree that the work is done, deposits (less than 15%) for the Commission deposited in the seller.

I've tried, PayPal, Escrow.com and Safefunds, but no one seems able to provide adequate performance. Escrow need a client that is capable, Paypal, Visa and MasterCard for a reasonable% commission process.
