Can I plug in my DVI monitor to my graphics card and my dsub monitor into my motherboard for dual-link to work - motherboard dvi

I think my graphics card DVI to DVI connector and connect to my D-sub monitor my motherboard integrated D-Sub connector. Leaves only me to use both at once?
